I dropped in for 3 classes while I was in Seattle on a business trip. The experience was awesome. The head instructor, Nate, is super knowledgeable, communicates concepts in a clear and entertaining manner, and is super active in helping out all of the students - beginners included. The gym was clean and the vibe was very positive and friendly. Would highly recommend.
